Our Leadership Team

We are a multidisciplinary team of volunteers who are highly motivated by the potential for Indian performing arts spaces to improve their ethical practices.

Following the events of 2018, in which several prominent Indian artistes were accused of sexual misconduct, we were struck by the silence on the part of many organizations and individuals in the community. We began to question this silence and wondered what we could do to build an environment in which arts are both ethical and sustainable.
